By trusting us with your purchase, you have read and accepted all the terms below, which govern our mutual responsibilities:
Prices
All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor excluding VAT and shipping as standard.
The prices on www.skjutmatt.se are stated at standard price, which applies to orders placed by phone, fax, letter or email. A webshop discount, automatically deducted at checkout, is given to you only when you place your order yourself in the webshop at www.skjutmatt.se.
Payment and payment methods
Invoice
An e-invoice is sent automatically to public sector organizations and any other companies that wish to receive one. Please state e-invoice on your order!
Sales are made against invoice after an approved credit check. The invoice is sent by post or by email. In the latter case, the customer is responsible for checking their email so as not to miss the due date. In the event of late payment, interest on arrears and an administrative fee for the interest invoice will be charged.
Card payment and PayPal
For card payments, we work with Dibs (www.dibs.se) to accept card payments with rigorous security procedures. For questions about how these security procedures work, please refer to Dibs. The amount is debited from the account on the delivery date.
Private individuals
If you shop as a private individual, please note that VAT is added to all prices. We only deliver goods to your registered home address. The payment method for private individuals is card payment only.
Delivery terms and shipping
Any objections to an invoice must be made within 8 days of the invoice date.
Free shipping on orders of 3000 SEK or more, excluding VAT and including any deducted discounts. (Applies to orders with one and the same delivery address and only to orders placed in our webshop, up to a product weight of 8 kg). Shipping fee for orders up to 2999 SEK = 129 SEK excluding VAT. If the item weighs more than 8 kg, shipping will be quoted separately. We always try to find the cheapest possible shipping option.
Any backorder is always delivered free of charge unless you have specifically requested a partial delivery. We do not charge an invoicing fee, administrative fee or packaging fee (except for pallets). Euro pallets, pallet collars and one-way pallets are charged at cost price.
Tracking information regarding your order is sent to the email address you have provided.
Incorrectly provided order details that result in products not being collected/received, or other additional costs for us, will be charged to the buyer.
Transport damage
Upon receipt, check that the number of packages matches the delivery note and that the packaging is undamaged. Do not sign for receipt until any discrepancy has been noted on the waybill (the carrier’s receipt copy).
If the damage is first discovered when unpacking (hidden by the packaging), a report must be made to the carrier no later than 7 days after receipt. It is always you, as the customer, who must file the complaint and submit the claim for compensation. This is done at the carrier’s nearest office.
Warranty
A 1-year manufacturer’s warranty applies as standard and, unless otherwise stated, covers manufacturing defects. Any complaint must be submitted within this period.
Complaints
ALWAYS contact us before making a return. If the complaint is within the warranty period, email us and we will send you a waybill. For practical reasons, we cannot collect your returned parcel if you have sent it yourself to an agent, such as a grocery store, gas station, or similar. Always send trackable shipments.
