Accurate reading of measurement results with a resolution of 0.0001 mm. High precision with 0.004 mm accuracy. Instead of a display with a dial indicator, a microcomputer with a touchscreen is installed, via which the software functions can be accessed. Handmade measuring jaws ensure good precision. The unit has a rechargeable battery. This eliminates the need for continuous battery replacement. The dial indicator is delivered including a calibration certificate according to ISO 17025.
MICS Microcomputer System – Industry 4.0 ready!!
Microtech’s groundbreaking computer-aided MICS system takes measuring equipment to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and comprehensive software functions and leaves no room for alternatives.
The display is via a touchscreen. A user-friendly menu guarantees simple menu navigation. Up to 100 measurement values can be stored via internal memory. The statistics can be used to retrieve min, max, and average values.
The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. GO/NoGO values can be displayed in color. Reading of MIN/MAX values. Calculation formulas can be entered via the formula mode and evaluated thereafter. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. The MICS Microcomputer System allows input of mathematical error corrections. The display can be rotated in all directions, depending on the working direction. The calibration date can be stored in the software, an external date search is not necessary. The wireless data transmission can be triggered via a timer, touchscreen, or with the button.
Measuring tools with the MICS system are delivered with free basic software for Windows, Android, and iOS. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
